Thomas R. Adams brings Rogue Law Firm’s personal injury expertise to Portland.
Tom fights for people with claims against insurance companies for personal injuries in Portland and throughout Oregon. He advocates for persons injured in motor vehicle collisions. from dangerous premises, and children and elders who have been victims of sexual or financial abuse.
Tom volunteers to help protect women and children from abuse by going to court with them for restraining order hearings through the Domestic Violence Project of Legal Aid. He is also on the board of Multnomah Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section.
He is a proud, active member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the recipient of the organization’s 2015 Young Lawyer Award. He also shares his big heart with his little brother through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program in Portland.
Tom was born and raised in Grants Pass. He graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland in 2007. He received his juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 2011. After graduation from NYU, he returned to his beloved Oregon and worked for one of Portland’s premier product liability firms. He honed his skills at the prestigious Portland law firms of Vangelisti Kocher and Forum Law Group before teaming up with his dad to run the Portland division of the Rogue Law Firm PC in 2016.
Tom is an avid long distance runner, and is usually training for a race. This allows him to explore and enjoy more of the excellent dining opportunities in Portland. As a diversion from the law, he’s a fan of reading nonfiction and science fiction and spending time with his wife, two dogs, and cat.
