Our professional, skilled and friendly staff is available to describe our services, our fee arrangements, and arrange a consultation with attorneys Richard Adams and Thomas Adams. As a small law firm devoted to individual attention to each of our clients, we may be busy with our work when you call. Although we try to field all calls immediately, if we are busy, please leave a detailed voice mail and either Christy Spurling-Snyder, Richard Adams, or Thomas Adams will promptly return your call. WHAT TO BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT?
Bring with you what documents and information you have. Better to get an early appointment with an experienced attorney than wait until you collect more information. Important information includes names, telephone numbers, claim numbers or similar information concerning at fault persons or insurance companies that might apply to your problem. This is particularly important concerning witnesses to events that are important to the matter. We have found it very helpful for a client to prepare a written narrative or chronology of complex events or transactions. This helps our clients organize their thoughts about the matter and makes the meeting with the lawyer more effective and rewarding. If you are not sure, bring whatever you have, including any photos of the scene, vehicles, and your injuries.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
We have adopted policies to utilize the best technology for the most effective service to our clients. Our office relies on this technology for legal research, trial preparation, document preparation and record keeping. We have advanced systems in place for a “less paper” office. We have found that most of our clients have entered the computer age with confidence and take advantage of sharing information, for example, on CD or in the cloud. We use email as a means to instantly share information with clients, all as desired by the client. We recognize that no technology is a substitute for the vital face to face meetings we want to have with our clients in order to provide the best service possible.
